Yes all the doors we sell come with the side intrusion bars and seam sealer as standard as per a genuine door. The construction is exactly equivalent to a genuine door.

All doors/bonnets/panels feature 1.3mm steel construction and are an exact match for genuine material thickness and grade The weight of our panels is pretty much exactly the same as genuine. Construction methodology is equivalent so you can rest assured that you are receiving a quality product

Yes the panels come fully primer dipped (primer bath) so that every corner and joint is protected against rust which is not standard for aftermarket product. We recommend scuffing the primer prior to overcoating with a quality primer product and then colour coating. Check with manufacturer recommendations prior to paint.

The construction quality of all the panels is excellent however due to transportation and handling they do sometimes require some preparation prior to painting depending on the desired finish quality.

The panels will fit direct bolt on however due to tolerances in manufacturing both of your vehicle and the aftermarket parts, at times some adjustment is required. Yes the VDJ 79 Bonnet is the larger scoop and comes with the plastic top scoop insert. However the bolts for the plastic scoop and underside rubber trims do not come with the bonnet and will be available separately.
